Shop Steward's Training

During our first class, we reviewed the rules under Article 8 and worked through some clock rings/Employee Everything Reports.

For Part 2, we’re going to put everything we covered in the first class into practice. We’ll be Identifying overtime violations,tracking and documenting those violations, reviewing what should be included in a grievance, discussing why that documentation matters and putting it all together to build stronger cases

This is all part of our continued effort to make Branch 1100 stewards and members some of the most educated, informed, and empowered in the county.

Knowledge of the contract is important but knowing how to put that knowledge to work is what makes us great.
