About the event
NALC Steward College is designed as an in-depth, systematic training for stewards seeking to gain knowledge and grow in their role. Courses will cover leadership, organization, contract knowledge, grievance handling, case file development, and additional skills to level up as a union representative. We will begin with a possible grievance and continue through the process all the way to arbitration. Classes will be held on 10/5/25, 11/2/25, 1/4/25, 2/1/25, 3/1/25. Attendees will be required to attend all 5 classes in order. Please contact Eli Torres for more information.
