To start the process for retirement, you can request an annuity estimate on LiteBlue or call HRSSC at 800-877-477-3273 Option 5
Request annuity estimate and provide your email address and date you want to retire (within a six month window).
They will email you a video, a link to create your Login.gov account (if you have not already done so) and an emailed link to your
ORA (Online Retirement Application) account access.
You will be asked to upload certain documents in pdf format with your application.  These may include as applicable (there will be links to download the forms):
•       Marriage certificate and/or divorce decree if applicable
•       DD214 if there was military time
•       SF2818 for continuation of Life Insurance
•       W4-P to change your current tax withholdings if desired
•       Spouse’s Consent to Survivor Election (if not leaving a maximum survivor annuity)
•       Beneficiary forms SF 2823, SF 3102, SF 1152
•       SF2809 Health Benefits Election Form (only for eligible changes)
